12.1 55pp's services are strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and above, as required by PAGCOR regulations. 21+ The 55pp platform is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect personal data from, individuals under the age of 21.
12.2 If 55pp becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, that data will be immediately deleted and the associated account permanently closed. If you believe that a minor has registered on 55pp, please notify us immediately via live chat or the DPO contact details in Section 15.
13.1 Where personal data is transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines (for example, global game software providers or cloud infrastructure providers), 55pp ensures such transfers comply with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, specifically that the recipient country or organisation provides adequate data protection comparable to Philippine standards.
13.2 Cross-border transfers are governed by data processing agreements that impose data protection obligations on the recipient equivalent to those applicable under Philippine law. Where required, 55pp notifies the National Privacy Commission of such transfers.
