You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 55pp. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law. Age is verified through KYC identity checks.
Each individual may hold only one 55pp account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses therein.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of offer. Bonuses must be fully wagered before withdrawal. Misuse of bonus offers is grounds for account termination.
Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. 55pp reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
Fraud, collusion, use of bots or automated software, money laundering, and any attempt to exploit system errors are strictly prohibited. Violations result in permanent account closure and may be referred to authorities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms.
1.1 These Terms govern the relationship between 55pp and every person who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 55pp platform in any capacity. Access to 55pp constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 55pp platform and close your account if one has been created.
1.3 55pp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address and/or by prominent notice on the platform.
1.4 These Terms are published in English, which shall be the governing language for all interpretations and disputes. Filipino language summaries may be provided for convenience but the English version prevails in all cases.
2.1 To be eligible to register and use 55pp, you must:

2.3 55pp reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3.1 Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) 55pp account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory. 55pp will request the following before processing any withdrawal or upon account review:
3.4 KYC documentation must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the KYC request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.5 55pp processes KYC data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55pp account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
4.2 You must not share your account access with any other person. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you.
4.3 You must notify 55pp immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support via live chat. 55pp is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
4.4 55pp will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from 55pp and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
5.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit on 55pp is ₱100.00 (Philippine Peso). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya/PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, PNB, and over-the-counter payment outlets as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
5.2 Withdrawal Eligibility. To request a withdrawal, your account must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) a balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of ₱200.00.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within the same banking day for requests received before 17:00 Philippine Standard Time. Larger withdrawal amounts may be subject to additional verification checks and processing times of up to 3 business days.
5.4 Payment Method Matching. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally possible. 55pp may require additional verification if a different withdrawal method is requested, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on 55pp are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 55pp does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
5.6 55pp does not charge transaction fees on standard GCash or Maya deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payment processor fees, where applicable, are disclosed in the cashier prior to transaction confirmation.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 55pp are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer. These Terms provide the general framework; specific bonus terms govern individual promotions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
6.3 Eligibility. Welcome bonuses are available to new 55pp members only, subject to a minimum first deposit and verification of eligibility. 55pp reserves the right to refuse or revoke bonus offers where abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds not wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
6.5 Only one bonus may be active at any time unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses in violation of offer terms will result in all associated bonuses being voided.
6.6 55pp's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 15.
7.1 Each game category on 55pp (slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and specialty games) is governed by game-specific rules accessible within the respective game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to those game-specific rules as supplementary terms.
7.2 Technical Failures. In the event of a game malfunction, network interruption, or software error, 55pp reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the player's account. No winnings attributable solely to a technical fault will be paid.
7.3 Results Finality. All game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software or determined by live dealer action as applicable. Results are final once confirmed by the platform system. Wagers placed after a game round has concluded will be voided.
7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Stake limits are displayed within each game. 55pp reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time without prior notice.
7.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets are subject to separate sports betting terms governing in-play rules, void bets, settlement policies, and cash-out terms. These are accessible within the sports betting section of the 55pp platform.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55pp platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
8.2 Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, 55pp reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the affected account(s) and to recover any funds already withdrawn that are attributable to the prohibited activity.
9.1 All content on the 55pp platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, user interfaces, audio, and video, is the intellectual property of 55pp or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 55pp platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content.
9.3 The 55pp name, logo, and associated trademarks are the property of 55pp. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
10.1 55pp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy.
10.2 By registering on 55pp, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting purposes required by PAGCOR.
10.3 55pp complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) of the Philippines in all aspects of its data handling operations.
11.1 55pp provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible directly from account settings:
11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission. During a self-exclusion period, the excluded account holder may not register a new account on 55pp. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by registering new accounts will result in permanent platform-wide exclusion.

12.1 55pp provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55pp disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.2 55pp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 55pp's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 55pp's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13.1 55pp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 55pp will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform.
13.2 Your continued use of the 55pp platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account.
14.1 55pp may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
14.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting 55pp support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
14.3 Upon account termination for breach, 55pp reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, in cases of confirmed fraud, the entire account balance.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 First Step — Customer Support. In the event of any dispute, you are encouraged to first contact 55pp's customer support via live chat. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage.
15.3 Second Step — Formal Complaint. If the dispute is not resolved through customer support within 14 days, you may submit a formal written complaint to 55pp's compliance team at the contact details set out in Section 16.
15.4 Regulatory Escalation. If the dispute remains unresolved after the internal complaint procedure, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their established player dispute resolution channels. 55pp accepts PAGCOR's authority to adjudicate disputes arising within its regulatory jurisdiction.
15.5 You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the above procedures.
